New Cover, Lower Price, and Book 2 Update

Just a quick update—I’ve given Dragon’s Tear: The Outcast a brand-new cover!

While I was initially excited about the original cover (designed by an artist I hired), I was never more than 90% happy with it. Over time, little details began to bother me, but by then, my editing window had closed.

This new cover is one I designed myself. It wasn’t without its challenges (and a few frustrating moments), but I’m about 98% happy with it! Also, It’s now printed with a glossy finish rather than matte, making the colours really pop on the paperback. The new cover also shows a scene from the book, whereas the previous cover didn’t.

Since I was already making updates, I also fixed a small continuity issue in Chapter 4 that popped up while writing Book 2. That’s now corrected.

On top of that, I’ve lowered the price by 9%. With Amazon’s pricing structure, I’ve brought it down as far as possible without taking a huge hit on profit—just a penny more would have made a ridiculous difference.

As for Book 2: It has been fully written and I’ve officially started the editing process. This part will take some time, especially since I also need to create 12 more interior illustrations (3 are already done). The cover is ready—and I’m very happy with it. I can’t wait to reveal it.

If all goes well, we’re looking at an October or November launch for the next instalment of the Dragon’s Tear saga.

Hope you’re all doing well—and as always, thanks for reading and supporting this journey!
